SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — The Marijuana Industry Trade Association (MITA AZ) invites employees, employers and entrepreneurs from Arizona’s cannabis industry and Arizona’s top cannabis brands to its Winter Wonderland holiday party Wednesday Dec. 19 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Wasted Grain in Scottsdale. Wasted Grain, a partner of the cannabis community, will also host an after party from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The event, sponsored by Select, will feature live music, hors d’oeuvres, drinks, CBD mocktails, a logo photo booth, games, prizes, giveaways and more. 420 Ultimate Tours will also be on site. MITA AZ encourages people to invite their co-workers and dress in festive attire.

Not only will the second-annual Winter Wonderland party be an event to remember, it will be a chance for people to give back by donating money and toys to Leaf for Life, a 501-c3 non-profit foundation dedicated to helping families of veterans and military struggling with PTSD and mental-health issues.

MITA AZ serves as the functional chamber of commerce of the Arizona marijuana industry. Its mission is to ensure Arizona’s program is fair, tightly regulated and successful. “MITA has big plans in Arizona and beyond, and we look forward to ringing in the new year with even more power together,” says Danielle Sedgwick, director of strategic partnerships for MITA AZ.

The party is open to people age 21 and over. The public is also welcome to attend. Tickets are $25 per person for those who pre-register and $40 per person at the door. Bring a toy and get $10 off the ticket price. Sponsorship opportunities start at $1,000 for a VIP package, which includes 10 tickets and table and bottle service. Wasted Grain is located at 7295 E. Stetson Drive in Scottsdale, Ariz.
