I received an email today from our lawyer, Tom Dean…who was quite excited. I would like to share it with you. See below:

The Arizona Supreme Court just released the opinions in Reed-Kaliher v. Hoggatt today (attached). The attorney of record was NORML Legal Committee member Tom Holz.  Also, I filed a joint Amicus curiae brief on behalf of NORML along with the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice.  In a nutshell, neither prosecutors nor judges may interfere with medical marijuana, period. Reed-Kaliher is a total win.  Spread the word!
